We seek a motivated, value-driven Product Owner to join our ECRM Marketing Implementation team. This role focuses on enhancing customer experiences by integrating new marketing technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision: Own technical ECRM marketing projects (BIMI, Visual Builders, Deliverability) to ensure alignment with industry changes, consumer duty and business goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Independently create technical development briefs and request statements of work. Work closely with external agencies and key stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
- Execution and Delivery: Implement key projects, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals. Develop test plans, participate in deployment meetings, and conduct post-implementation reviews. Provide training and support to the wider team.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse KPIs for email deliverability and omni-channel performance. Create reports and present findings to drive continuous improvement across the business.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the quality of solutions through comprehensive testing and strict adherence to quality assurance protocols. This includes QA testing, updating process maps and communicating change.
- Data Management: Work with Compliance, Data Protection, and Legal teams within EUI and Admiral Group to ensure that activities meet FCA, data privacy, and ASA standards.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging Martech technologies to inform marketing strategies and deployment tactics.
Key Skills
- Education: A professional qualification in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Marketing, IT, or Business Implementation, with a history of delivering projects.
- Skills: Strong analytical, organisational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe marketing tools and platforms, email deliverability, Jira/Workfront, and agile methodologies. Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Adobe Campaign, and/or Adobe Journey Optimiser is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
