We’re growing—and looking for an eCommerce Lead to help us optimise our digital journey! This brand new role offers a rare opportunity to build and shape the eCommerce strategy of a well-established company as part of our Sales & Marketing team.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Own our eCommerce performance strategy
  • Improve customer experience across our websites
  • Optimise conversion rates using A/B testing and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with UX, marketing, and development teams
  • Drive engagement and implement solutions for abandoned carts

What we’re looking for:

  • A commercially-minded, data-driven thinker
  • Experience in eCommerce or digital performance roles
  • Someone who thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Experience with user journey optimisation tools is a plus!
  • Familiarity with education or B2C retail would be a bonus
