Lead the Financial Reporting Process: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring adherence to IFRS standards and delivering timely and accurate results.

Audit and Compliance: Manage relationships with external auditors, ensuring compliance with evolving IFRS standards and addressing complex accounting issues.

Team Leadership: Directly manage a skilled team, including Heads of US and International Controllers, as well as leaders in Consolidation and Technical Accounting, ensuring effective communication and support across the finance function.

Process Improvement: Proactively improve financial models and systems, ensuring efficient and effective reporting processes that evolve with the business’s growth.

Acquisitions and Growth: Lead the integration of new acquisitions into the reporting process, ensuring seamless financial management across the group’s expanding global footprint.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Financial Planning & Analysis and Corporate Finance teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business’s financial performance and strategic objectives.
