We are looking for a proactive Business Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running and continuous improvement of one of our client's business units. You’ll work across teams to drive operational excellence, support change initiatives, and help embed consistent ways of working. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week required on-site from the office in Farringdon.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate business activities to ensure effective day-to-day operations.
- Drive change management initiatives and promote process compliance.
- Maintain and improve standard frameworks, systems, and tools.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and delivery of strategic priorities.
- Support project scoping, planning, and delivery.
