Join our team as a Commercial Vehicle & Industrial Equipment Sales/Contract Hire Executive, where you’ll play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service across our KDM Hire/All Road Divisions.

What you will do: Sell commercial vehicles and industrial equipment contract hire in line with targeted KPIs.
Promote the rental and sale of industrial equipment to meet or exceed sales targets.
Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities within NI and boarder counties.
Build and foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure a first-class customer experience.
Accurately update and manage the Company CRM system daily, logging all interactions and opportunities.
Process and monitor orders, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery of vehicles and equipment.
Stay informed about the latest products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Utilise excellent communication and negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
Persuade and influence customers in a variety of situations, ensuring their needs are met.
What you will need: A proven track record in sales, preferably in the commercial vehicle and or the industrial equipment sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail for managing prospects and orders.
Knowledge of CRM systems and the ability to use them efficiently is desirable.
A confident, persuasive manner and the ability to handle both positive and challenging situations.
A team player who can also work independently.
