The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

The Service & Team: We want to be a proactive planning service, and we are improving our pre-application services to help guide proposals for large scale investment and growth, by providing consistent, clear, professional and cost-effective support.

The Role: We are seeking a Relationship Manager to take a lead role in ensuring the successful delivery of our new and improved pre-application advice services, helping us to ensure new development meets the needs of our communities, delivering high quality homes, jobs and infrastructure. The role will be the front face of the service for customers requesting pre-application advice and will involve creating bespoke packages of support for pre-application enquiries. You will prepare project plans for each Planning Performance Agreement and bring together the project team, working closely with applicants, the planning officer, internal stakeholders and councillors to secure their involvement at appropriate times. You will monitor performance to ensure the provision of timely advice, and you will troubleshoot issues to help deliver the Council’s priorities.

Working Pattern: 37hrs per week
