Providing day-to-day support to our Client Engagement & Sustainability Team, which manages Grundon\’s high-profile and sub-contract customers (airports, NHS trusts, FM, property management, universities… the list goes on) is what this job is all about – and we have three vacancies, including a maternity cover role (fixed term contract for a period of up to 14 months) . What you\’ll be doing as Key Account Support Working hand in hand with customers, we manage their waste reduction, re-use and recycling strategies as they strive to meet their environmental goals and increase recycling rates. As Key Account Support, you will be in regular contact with our Client Engagement & Strategy Managers, clients and transport teams to ensure a high standard of customer service. Manager service requests, collection queries, complaints, admin support, account/invoice queries, helping to deliver engagement campaigns to customers – there\’s plenty to turn your capable hand to.
