Eco2Solar are pleased to announce a new and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the UKs largest and most successful Solar PV installer as a Sales Support Executive, based in our Kidderminster office.
About the role
The Sales Support Executive offers the right candidate the opportunity to build, develop and grow their career with a highly reputable and growing company. Your mission is to join our Sales Support Team and help coordinate all necessary Sales admin activities; from providing a customer quotation through to ensuring that the Operations Team have what they need to deliver a successful project to our customer. We have a successful, innovative and friendly Sales Team and you will be working closely with Customers and our Sales Managers to help generate quotations, provide technical support and manage all activities necessary between departments. Although this is not a customer facing role (although you will handle some incoming technical queries), you will play a critical role in the teams success and our targets are shared among the team, so that we can celebrate our success collectively. Having the ability to work both as part of a team and also take overall responsibility for your personal workload, whilst delivering excellent levels of service is essential. A desire to put our clients needs first and a thirst to develop your own skills is a key part of fitting into this established team.
About you
To be successful in this role you'll have strong analytical skills, be good at processing information/data and have excellent attention to detail skills. You will need to possess strong communication skills, be reliable and a team player and have a great telephone manner. You must have good computer skills and be familiar with using all Microsoft programmes and ERP/CRM systems. Understanding of NetSuite would be desirable but not essential. If you have the ability to show initiative and problem solve, this role will be ideal for you!
