Your role
As Business Central Project Lead, you will spearhead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central at the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). This strategic leadership role is central to transforming financial and operational processes, enhancing data integrity, and driving digital finance innovation.

You will define and deliver a future-ready operating model, aligning system capabilities with business needs while ensuring robust financial controls and streamlined workflows. Collaborating across departments, you’ll lead agile delivery, manage stakeholder engagement, and champion change readiness to embed new ways of working.

Accountable for project scope, quality, and value realisation, you will oversee system design, data migration, and user adoption, ensuring the solution is scalable, compliant, and aligned with CII’s strategic goals. Your leadership will be key to achieving measurable improvements in efficiency, reporting, and user satisfaction.
