About the Role:
You will be the brand's first contact with residents in our new build areas. It will be your job to inform them of what building work to expect in their area over the coming months and provide them with more information about our ultrafast fibre network. You will collect their basic contact details so we can keep them informed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold conversations with residents at their door or at local events.
- Capture resident contact details to help us understand broadband products used by local communities.
- This is a field-based role, so you will need to be able to drive and ideally have good knowledge of the area.
- Work towards weekly and monthly team conversation targets.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Must have a full driving licence.
- Enjoy conversations with new people.
- Ideally some experience in sales/lead generation/customer service/field sales/telesales, but this is not essential as full training is provided.
- Good knowledge of your local areas.
- Enthusiasm, motivation, and good work ethic are all essential.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
