You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of multi-channel campaigns—particularly video—while also contributing to social media, catalogues, in-store POS, and more. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll help brainstorm, storyboard, and create engaging video and animation assets that drive customer engagement and conversion. You’ll confidently present creative concepts to stakeholders and bring strong communication and interpersonal skills to the table. A keen eye for detail and a passion for high visual standards are essential, as is a commitment to upholding brand consistency across all content. You’ll also help foster a culture of inspiration and collaboration within the wider team, acting as a brand guardian across all visual touchpoints.

Experience Required:

  • Strong experience in video editing, animation, and motion graphics - Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects proficiency essential
  • Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, colour theory, and typography
  • Proven ability to produce effective creative across both digital and print formats
  • At least 2 years design experience, with a strong video portfolio

What you can expect from us:

  • Competitive salary and excellent bonus scheme
  • An entrepreneurial environment where you’ll be encouraged to try things and make changes to drive the business forward
  • You’ll have access to Staff Discount from your 1st day, not just at CT but also from The White Company!
  • Our hybrid working policy means we work from the office 3-4 days per week
  • We are proud to go about our business in the right way and partner with many charities and sustainability partners - ‘giving something back’ is an important part of our ethos
