What you will be doing:
- Deliver new business (logos) to meet individual sales targets
- Generate and follow up on leads through networking, prospecting, and Coface marketing resources
- Raise awareness of Coface’s Business Information solutions in the Irish market and secure profitable business
- Identify opportunities with companies between €50M–€500M turnover, ideally with UK-based HQs
- Build a network of introducers and partnerships to generate new leads
- Develop strong relationships with prescribers (international brokers) to grow market share
- Collaborate with Commercial Management and Marketing to manage leads and report on activity
- Produce accurate contract documentation via CofaFlow and coordinate with Legal and Pre-sales
- Perform full KYC and UBO checks on all policies sold
- Work closely with administrative teams to ensure efficient service delivery
- Engage with high-level contacts (CFOs, Treasury Directors, Risk Managers)
- Manage RFP responses and deal strategies with regional and group support
- Convert internal leads and leverage the UK Trade Credit Insurance portfolio
Profile:
- Experience with Business Information products and a successful sales track record
- Proven experience working with mid to large corporates and exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Skilled in lead generation, sales negotiation, and client communication
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiar with various contract structures and consultative sales approaches
- Knowledge of the economic environment and financial intelligence tools
- Minimum GCSE-level education (including English and Maths); degree in Business or Finance is a plus
