Your Impact
- Maintain and organise a comprehensive product roadmap defined by Product Management for consolidation Features and Functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise consolidation features.
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions.
- Manage dependencies between consolidation projects and other initiatives.
- Monitor team KPIs to measure the impact of development team efforts.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
- Create internal and customer facing documentation and enablement assets.
Qualifications
- Extensive product management experience, with some experience focused on consolidation applications.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex system architectures into clear, actionable requirements for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with change management in enterprise environments.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise architecture principles.
- Background in Financial systems, Consolidation applications.
- Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools.
