About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading end user (product) company for an experienced Salesforce Field Service (FSL) Specialist. Following recent strategic acquisitions, this role is critical in leading the rollout and ongoing optimisation of Salesforce Field Service across multiple business units within a wider group.

In this hands-on position, you'll have ownership of the platform from implementation through continuous improvement, shaping the future of field service delivery and working closely with internal stakeholders to align solutions with real operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end implementations of Salesforce Field Service across multiple business units.
  • Configure and optimise scheduling policies, service objectives, resource management, and shift patterns.
  • Support Dispatcher Console configuration and service appointment lifecycle management.
  • Deploy and customise the Field Service mobile app (including offline capabilities) to support field technicians.
  • Manage inventory tracking, returns, and mobile workforce logistics.
  • Act as the subject matter expert, providing architectural and technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to continuously improve and adapt platform functionality.

About You

  • Proven experience delivering Salesforce Field Service (FSL) implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of managed package installation, guided setup, and mobile architecture.
  • Skilled in dispatcher console setup, bulk scheduling, preventive maintenance, and workforce optimisation.
  • Familiar with field based operations and mobile first service strategies.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification highly desirable.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) are a strong plus.
  • UK based, fluent in English, and comfortable with occasional travel as needed.
