Are you a creative thinker with a passion for developing and delivering award-winning solutions? My client, a brilliant and successful marketing agency, is seeking an Art Director to join their team! They are a leading creative brand experience agency dedicated to brand marketing. They create physical and digital events that make fans for brands, wherever they are. With 20 years of marketing experience, my client partners with their clients to deliver insight-led creative and brand experiences across various sectors, including FMCG, health and beauty, luxury goods, retail and technology. Their impressive client roster includes well-known brands across the FMCG and retail sectors.
As an Art Director, you will be a vital part of my client's Creative team, blending creative flair, technical know-how, and commercial awareness to craft outstanding consumer experiences in both digital and retail spaces. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Creative Director in ideating, developing, designing, and delivering creative solutions for my client's clients.
- Taking the lead on projects, working closely with other departments and senior managers to achieve commercial and creative objectives.
- Keeping internal departments and clients updated with progress.
- Supporting new business pitches, producing outstanding creative concepts that inspire and procure new clients.
- Enriching my client's capability of delivering creative solutions in the digital space.
- Sharing your knowledge around digital and experiential with the team to inspire them to want to learn more.
About You
- Around 3 years of experience in a similar role within a digital/physical FMCG-focused agency.
- Strong personal leadership qualities including openness to learn, collaborate, inspire and innovate.
- Fluency in In-design, Illustrator and other Creative Suite programmes.
- The ability to blend commercial awareness with passion and creative flair.
- Instinctive brand awareness and demonstrated experience of pushing boundaries and evolving brands.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- The ability to attend my client's Maidenhead office three times a week.
