The Role

Assume a strategic role at Lloyd's as Investor Relations & Ratings Manager, where you will play a central part in shaping our financial narrative. This role offers the opportunity to lead engagement with our four rating agencies and the broader investor community, help shape key market insights, and work closely with senior leadership to enhance and protect Lloyd's global reputation.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Key stakeholder relationship building and maintenance with rating agencies, ensuring a consistent point of contact for questions or concerns; building trust and reliability through consistent and regular communication.
  • Monitoring and responding in a timely manner to enquiries received through the IR inbox, building relationships with the equity analyst community.
  • Biannual rating agency management meetings: advanced organisation of the meetings and logistics, preparation of the pack collaborating with key operational teams.
  • Organisation of the agendas and ensuring the smooth running of the day, adjusting the flow on the day where required.
  • Reviewing all materials rating agencies want to publish on Lloyd's to ensure factual accuracy.
  • Participation in/Contribution to the "Crisis Response Steering Group" (CRSG) and the "Macroeconomic Task Force" (MAG).
  • Quarterly monitoring and reporting of peer results to CFO via a quick access early morning email and a full summary of financial results for comparison purposes.
  • Lead on analyst deck, and script writing for Full year and Half year results.
