You will play a key role in establishing and maintaining a fully integrated schedule architecture that supports both national and international reporting requirements across the GCAP programme.
The Job
- Lead the delivery of the GCAP Schedule Architecture and maintain the integrated consolidated schedule.
- Oversee schedule governance processes and ensure consistency across the programme.
- Deliver integrated schedule reporting to international stakeholders, including Ministries of Defence (MoDs).
- Define and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule in line with reporting calendars.
- Conduct and deliver schedule risk analysis to inform high-level decision-making.
Skills
- Recognised Project Management professional (e.g., APM or equivalent).
- Subject Matter Expert in scheduling and project controls.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with project management and control tools.
- Proven ability to lead and influence across multiple levels of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
