Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in Devizes who are actively seeking to engage an IT Analyst on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

  • Resolving help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues by email, phone and in person
  • Setting up accounts for staff and installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and mobile devices
  • Responding to breakdowns, investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
  • Repairing equipment and replacing parts
  • IT project work

What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience in an end user desktop support role or IT operations environment
  • Proven hardware and software knowledge
  • Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022 as well as Microsoft 365 / Azure
  • Advanced printer / peripheral device troubleshooting
  • TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
  • Experience of VoIP telephony services
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills at all levels
  • Organised and able to work under pressure and to deadlines
