We are seeking an exceptional Senior Programme Manager / Programme Director to lead a business-critical enterprise transformation programme, with a focus on Salesforce CRM and Oracle Fusion ERP implementations. This is a high-profile role reporting directly to the CIO / Executive Board, owning the end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-year, multi-geography transformation portfolio.
The successful candidate will bring deep, first-hand experience delivering large-scale Salesforce programmes (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud) and ideally Oracle Fusion ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, HCM), within a complex, fast-paced global environment. This is an opportunity to shape and lead a strategic transformation that will define the future operating model of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the end-to-end delivery of the Salesforce CRM and Oracle Fusion ERP implementation programmes across multiple business units and geographies.
- Act as Programme Sponsor interface with C-Level stakeholders, driving executive alignment and decision-making.
- Lead programme governance, reporting, financial management, and resourcing strategy across internal teams, SI partners, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure programme delivery meets business outcomes — from process design and data strategy to user adoption and business readiness.
- Build and lead a high-performing transformation delivery team, ensuring clear accountability and delivery excellence.
- Own risk management, change control, and dependency management across a highly integrated technology landscape.
- Act as an advocate for best practice programme delivery methodologies — Agile, SAFe, Waterfall or Hybrid as appropriate.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments — balancing commercial acumen with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale Salesforce CRM transformation programmes (end-to-end ownership, not just functional streams).
- Significant experience with ERP delivery — Oracle Fusion preferred, or equivalent Tier 1 ERP platforms (SAP, Workday, MS Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of the interdependencies across CRM, ERP, Data, Integration, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Background delivering technology-enabled business transformation in complex, international environments (ideally FTSE 250, Fortune 500 or equivalent).
- Experience managing System Integrators, third parties, and multi-sourced delivery models.
- Gravitas and credibility to operate at Board and C-Level.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery focus — able to switch between executive engagement and operational detail.
- Highly structured, with excellent programme governance and financial management skills.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills — able to challenge constructively.
- Collaborative, empathetic leadership style — builds high-trust relationships.
- Resilient and calm under pressure in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments.
