As the Programme Manager for Group’s Corporate Centre Transformation Programme, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering a comprehensive transformation plan aimed at modernising and optimising the corporate centre’s operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Programme Management: Co-ordinate and manage the overall programme planning and execution. Ensure alignment with business goals while managing risks and dependencies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with and manage stakeholders at all levels to ensure the transformation initiatives are clearly defined with a pathway to delivery.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify and manage programme risks and issues, working with transformation teams to implement mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution.
  • Financial Management: Manage the programme budget, ensuring that identified benefits are tracked and delivered in line with associated costs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor programme progress and performance. Provide regular updates and reports to the BMG Executive Board and Executive Leadership Team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in programme management, with a focus on large-scale transformation initiatives within a corporate environment.
  • Strategic Interpretation: Ability to take diverse organisational initiatives and align them to a clear strategic delivery plan.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work well in a matrix environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and identify solutions.
  • Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A relevant professional qualification in programme management is highly desirable.
