Compensation & Benefits Project Lead – Europe (Hybrid) c£400pd - 6month Contract

Are you a C&B expert with a flair for project delivery? Our client is looking for a proactive professional to design and implement benefits programs and supporting tech for their new European office. In this hybrid role, you’ll drive vendor management, ensure regulatory compliance, and support cross-regional HR initiatives.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the setup of local benefits programs & systems
  • Manage vendors end-to-end (selection to optimization)
  • Own HR project delivery across Europe
  • Automate processes & enhance Workday functionality
  • Influence and collaborate across HR, Finance, IT & Leadership
