About the Role
The successful candidate will serve as a friendly ambassador of Guinness Open Gate Brewery London, working closely with the Head of Experience to lead tour guide teams, oversee training, and manage visitor experiences. The role involves engaging with visitors, trade representatives, and the public, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities include managing visitor experiences, developing content and scripts, liaising with brewery operations for beer supplies, scheduling tours, training guides, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing site visits from Diageo personnel and event teams.
