- Certifications required:

- AP Field Service (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Field Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.
- Guide architecture decisions for integrations, data migrations, data models, customization, and platform performance optimization.
- Conduct code reviews to assess quality, adherence to coding standards, and optimal technical design.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions for efficient resolution.
- Assist with development tasks as needed, bridging the gap between architecture and development.
- Mentor and guide the development team, fostering a strong learning environment and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the product development team to identify solutions for technical product limitations.
- Explore functionalities like GraphQL, offline development, and Apex development.
- Partner with Business teams to translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions.
- Break down these solutions into actionable tasks and manage them within Jira.
Must Have Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Field Service concepts, functionalities, and configuration options.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, data migration strategies, and data modeling principles.
- Experience with Salesforce customization techniques (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
- Proficiency in code review practices and the ability to identify potential code improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) is a must.
- Knowledge of User Stories, Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, and other solution specification techniques.
Nice to have:
- Working experience of Salesforce integration with SAP PM, SAP HR modules.
