Professional Water / HVAC commissioning company, with a longstanding team of engineers and management, are currently looking for an experienced engineer to join their South East office. The successful candidates will be traveling across the London / M25 region; working on a wide range of water / air systems, delivering commissioning and balancing duties to ensure the client\’s compliance. The ideal candidate will come from a strong commissioning engineer (water & Air balancing) background with a good working knowledge of CIBSE guidelines. Consideration will be given to candidates based; London, Hatfield, Watford, Enfield, Harrow, Wembley, Ilford, Romford, Dartford, Bromley, Croydon, Orpington, Sutton, Hounslow and the surrounding areas. Requirements Experience working as a HVAC / Water Commissioning Engineer. CSA grades (beneficial) 18th Electrical qualification and strong background in engineering (beneficial) Working knowledge of water and air systems. Able to draw and work to schematic drawings. Positive and friendly attitude. Role Commissioning and validation of HVAC and Water systems to ensure compliance with CIBSE codings. Verifying AHUs, ventilation and water distribution systems to ensure they meet design specifications. Auditing AHUs and following audits with any necessary work to ensure compliance. Balancing of both air and water systems (fan coils, AHUs, extract systems, primary and secondary air, LTHW / CHW). Adjusting voltages for secondary FCUs. Drawing schematics and using these to prepare all relevant paperwork prior to Pre-Commissioning balancing.
