Group Exercise Manager

Location: Notting Hill

Salary: £40k

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (45 hours/week including weekends + teaching 3–5 classes/week)

About the Role:

Are you a group exercise enthusiast with strong leadership skills? Do you enjoy motivating instructors and members alike? If so, we want you to join our team as a Group Exercise Manager .

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage class schedules across two clubs
• Recruit, coach, and support freelance instructors
• Maintain high standards and brand consistency in classes
• Introduce new classes, events, and seasonal campaigns
• Analyze class performance and KPIs
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payments, and compliance
• Assist in gym floor classes with the Fitness Manager
• Occasionally serve as Duty Manager (one weekend a month)

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in teaching and managing group exercise
• Strategic mindset with a passion for member engagement
• Excellent communication skills and energetic presence
• Ability to stay ahead of fitness trends
