Genesis Motors (Hyundai) are recruiting a weekend Brand Ambassador for their Battersea Power Station store.

Job Title: Brand Ambassador

Reports to: Genesis Experience Lead

Part time: Weekends

Job Purpose: To provide a world-class, customer-driven service that balances customer needs with appropriate product offers from the Genesis brand. The role emphasizes innovation and understanding customer expectations.

About us: Genesis is a global automotive brand and part of Hyundai Motor Company, offering an award-winning range of premium models. Since entering the UK in 2021, Genesis has launched eight models, won multiple awards, and opened several studios in London and Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, identify customer needs (test drives, consultations, etc.), and direct them accordingly.
• Present the brand and products to potential customers and interested parties.
• Assist in organizing studio and event logistics, including administrative tasks.
• Provide professional, courteous service in the studio.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the studio.

Personal Specification:

• Experience or training in hospitality, luxury retail, or related fields; automotive experience is a plus but not essential.
• Customer care and team experience.
• Driving license (desirable).
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to deliver top-tier customer service.
