Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £42,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

What you will be doing:

Leading the Kitchen and Dining service across the home.
Designing, presenting and delivering high quality menu options.
Procuring ingredients and delivering impeccable customer service in line with Health, Safety, Food Hygiene and COSSH regulations.
You will also have an opportunity to recruit, induct and develop within your department.

What you need to succeed:

Impeccable leadership and communication skills.
Intermediate food hygiene certificate.
Knowledge of therapeutic diets and experience of delivering a high-quality service as a Head Chef is essential.
Experience of recruiting, inducting and training your own team.
