Join our Global Information Security Team as an Information Security Analyst, where you'll play a key role in protecting our enterprise systems and data. You'll support daily security operations, investigate incidents, and implement technical controls to maintain a strong security posture. Working closely with senior analysts, engineers, and cross-functional teams, you'll help manage risk, evaluate vendor and third-party security, and contribute to policy development and compliance. This role also involves coordinating penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and advising on secure configurations for a range of tools and systems. We’re seeking someone with a strong foundation in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure. Ideally, you’ll bring experience or knowledge in the following areas:

  • Familiarity with key security frameworks like NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and MITRE ATT&CK.
  • Understanding of information risk management and how to align security controls with business needs.
  • Hands-on experience with network infrastructure – including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and VLANs.
  • Knowledge of endpoint and network security tools such as DLP, antivirus/antimalware, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and email security.
  • Awareness of security best practices like encryption, hashing, vulnerability scanning, and log monitoring.
  • Ability to assess and improve existing security measures to meet evolving threats.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate security requirements and recommend effective solutions.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and how to secure them.
  • Some experience or interest in programming, scripting, or networking is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • Normal office environment.
  • Prolonged sitting in front of a computer.
  • Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Participate in 24x7x365 on-call rotation for emergencies and escalations.

Experience & Education:

Required:

  • Minimum 2-6 years’ professional IT experience.
  • Professional Information Security experience preferred.
  • At least 1 years’ experience in working in geographically dispersed technical support teams.
  • Be familiar with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to, the U.S. Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), various other domestic and international privacy regulations, and Payment Card Industry (PCI) security council standards.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computing science or cybersecurity; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Post-graduate education or training a plus.
  • Security certifications such as: GIAC, CISSP, CISM, Cisco Security or similar preferred.
