The postholder will have undertaken some foundational project management qualifications or worked in a project admin/coordinator role previously. This role comes with an enrolment onto a Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship via our training and apprenticeship provider.
Responsibilities
- Providing Project Management services and support to the delivery of Projects across the portfolio.
- Liaising with stakeholders on any project-related queries.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure delivery of services.
- Maintaining accurate records for the project and delivery team.
- Supporting with raising purchase orders and costing exercises.
Personal Specifications
- Completion of foundation project management qualifications (APM, Prince2), or relevant previous work experience.
- Proficiency with the use of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and multitasking abilities.
