As our Performance SEM Strategist, you’ll spearhead search engine marketing programs to drive high-intent traffic, conversions, and long-term ROI. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams—analytics, creative, product—to design holistic SEM strategies and continuously optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.

Develop and execute SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, PLAs, and YouTube. Undertake deep keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEM Strategy & Campaign Planning: Develop and execute SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, PLAs, and YouTube. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to find growth opportunities.
  • Performance Optimization & Analytics: Monitor CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates; perform A/B and multivariate testing. Optimize bids, budgets, ad copy, and landing pages.
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership. Identify new channels, tactics, and automation opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with UX, product, and development teams to improve campaign and landing page alignment. Mentor SEM Analysts and develop scalable processes.
  • Innovation & Learning: Stay updated on SEM trends, tools, and platform updates; introduce new tactics and automation techniques.

Requirements

  • Must-have: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field. At least 3 years of direct SEM experience with proven success. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Analytics, and bid-management tools (e.g., Search Ads 360, Marin, Skai). Strong analytical skills: Excel proficiency, familiarity with tracking and reporting software. Excellent communication skills, able to present and interpret data effectively.
  • Nice-to-have: Google Ads/Bing certifications. Experience with PLAs, YouTube ads, and multichannel campaigns. Knowledge of CRO, UX, and landing page optimization techniques.
