The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
They are now seeking two new growth hires: SAE & AM. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, requiring management of a talented team, offering strategic counsel on PR and marketing initiatives, and taking a leading role in developing and managing new business projects. While they work across sectors, a background in finance/fintech is preferable as that is a large part of their focus.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and build their trust
- Manage workflow across the account
- Serve as the first point of contact for account executives for queries and copy review
- Proactively brief clients and update them regularly on activities such as announcements and campaigns
- Support and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and constructive feedback
- Maintain a positive attitude and composure under pressure, stepping up to challenges
- Foster a friendly and conscientious team environment, supporting colleagues
- Provide strategic counsel to clients to enhance their PR and marketing campaigns
- Develop innovative and creative ideas for clients to ensure high-quality activity
- Stay informed on sector issues, news, and trends to capitalize on this expertise
- Lead team brainstorms, develop news angles, stories, and pitches
- Understand and meet client KPIs and expectations, holding the team accountable
- Possess excellent writing skills across various media and coach junior team members to the same standard
