The Powered Apps teams are communities of business and technology professionals who work together to deliver KPMG Powered Enterprise through a standardised delivery model. They utilize their functional knowledge (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement), technology expertise (S/4HANA, CFin, RISE, BTP, MDG, etc.), and SAP SaaS applications (Ariba, SuccessFactors, etc.) to enable successful business transformations enabled by SAP technology.
We are seeking a senior SAP Finance & EPM Director to focus on business development, practice and asset build, and delivery of transformations enabled by SAP technology. This high-profile role requires a balance of business development, sales origination, practice build, and client delivery. This is a unique opportunity to shape the SAP business within a Big4.
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Drive origination and lead pre-sales activities (RFP responses, direct awards within our customers, etc.), engage directly with senior stakeholders (typically CFOs), and manage bid teams with limited support from SAP business partners.
- Have commercial acumen to propose constructs for proposals and defend the rationale during reviews with partners.
- Enhance KPMG Powered Enterprise offerings, focusing on deployable assets, demos, accelerators with clear ROI, automation, clean core, and AI.
- Write external KPMG whitepapers and viewpoints.
- Maintain regular interactions with SAP to gain insights into future roadmaps, align with target accounts, and steer KPMG's offerings.
- Attract, recruit, train, and retain top talent.
- Serve as the senior Finance Architect for complex engagements with flagship accounts.
KPMG's SAP business is rapidly growing and seeks self-driven candidates with proven experience eager to shape the SAP business within a Big4 environment. Successful candidates will have:
- Deep experience selling and delivering SAP Finance and EPM solutions such as Budgeting, Forecasting, Group Reporting, Consolidation, Central Finance, PaPM, and Treasury.
- A high-level understanding of SAP SAC, BPC, Datasphere, and other EPM tools is desirable.
- Delivered 4+ end-to-end SAP programmes as a Finance Lead.
- Delivered at least 2 end-to-end Central Finance programmes as the overall lead.
- Experience selling and delivering under a RISE contract from sales to go-live.
- A proven track record in leading complex bids involving S/4HANA and other SAP and non-SAP technologies, managing SMEs, delivery teams, and crafting compelling proposals.
- Experience maintaining a cadence with SAP for future roadmap insights and co-innovation.
- Managed onshore and offshore teams from individual engagement to practice level.
- Understanding of SAP's AI roadmap and experience creating assets leveraging AI for customer benefit.
- Built assets and accelerators deployed across multiple customers.
