Requirements

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute company-wide logistics strategies aligned with construction project timelines and budgets.
- Develop and implement site-specific logistics plans.
- Implement and maintain logistics systems and technology to improve visibility, tracking, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement and commercial teams to align logistics with business priorities.
- Manage storage operations, inventory control, and asset management.
- Plan and monitor transport routes and logistics operations across multiple projects.
- Work with project managers, procurement, and site teams to forecast material needs and prevent bottlenecks.
- Negotiate contracts with logistics providers, transportation companies, and storage providers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental standards.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team.
- Lead logistics packages – Traffic Management, Security, Excavated Material, and Fleet.
