Are you someone who takes pride in attention to detail, thrives in a polished, professional setting, and has a knack for making people feel truly welcome? Our City Law firm client is looking for a Client Hospitality Assistant to join their hospitality team and deliver a 5-star service!

The role of the Hospitality Assistant will be responsible for:

1. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality hospitality services to internal and external clients.
2. Setting up and dismantling meeting rooms.
3. Taking catering deliveries and ensuring supplies are stocked at all times.
4. Logging maintenance or room issues with management.
5. Supporting with general catering and hospitality tasks.

This role plays a central part in the setup, coordination, and swift turnaround of meeting rooms—ensuring every space is prepared, professionally run, and promptly reset to maintain a high standard throughout the day.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years\’ experience in hospitality or front of house in a professional environment or law firm. This is essential to be considered!

They are looking for someone with a great client-service approach and a positive, can-do attitude!

For this role, you will be required to work 5 days a week in the office near St Paul\’s with an alternating shift pattern (daytime shifts only). They are offering a competitive salary depending on experience!
