The role of the Hospitality Assistant will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality hospitality services to internal and external clients.
- Setting up and dismantling meeting rooms.
- Taking catering deliveries and ensuring supplies are stocked at all times.
- Logging maintenance or room issues with management.
- Supporting with general catering and hospitality tasks.
This role plays a central part in the setup, coordination, and swift turnaround of meeting roomsโensuring every space is prepared, professionally run, and promptly reset to maintain a high standard throughout the day.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years\โ experience in hospitality or front of house in a professional environment or law firm. This is essential to be considered!
They are looking for someone with a great client-service approach and a positive, can-do attitude!
For this role, you will be required to work 5 days a week in the office near St Paul\โs with an alternating shift pattern (daytime shifts only). They are offering a competitive salary depending on experience!
