King St. STE. 856, Honolulu, HI. 96814 Email Resume to: indira@gomastercare.com Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Home Care Scheduler & Staffing Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for scheduling caregivers, coordinating client care, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in home care or healthcare scheduling. The Home Care Scheduler is critical in ensuring clients receive the best care possible by matching them with qualified caregivers based on their needs and preferences. This position also requires problem-solving abilities to address last-minute schedule changes, caregiver availability, and client requests. Key Responsibilities: Scheduling & Coordination; – Create and manage daily and weekly schedules for caregivers. – Assign caregivers to clients based on availability, skillset, and client needs. – Ensure all shifts are covered and manage last-minute schedule changes. – Coordinate new client assessments and follow-up visits. Staffing & Recruitment; – Maintain an active caregiver roster and track availability. – Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new caregivers. – Work closely with HR to ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements. Communication & Client Relations; – Act as a point of contact between caregivers, clients, and family members. – Handle inquiries, schedule changes, and caregiver concerns. – Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction. – Maintain accurate records of client care plans, schedules, and service logs. Administrative Duties; – Update scheduling software and maintain accurate caregiver availability records. – Generate weekly reports on scheduling efficiency and caregiver performance. – Ensure compliance with state and agency policies for home care services. Qualifications & Skills; – High school diploma or equivalent – Previous experience in healthcare scheduling, home care, or staffing coordination. – Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, EHR systems). – Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. – Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. – Knowledge of home care regulations and Medicaid/Medicare guidelines is a plus.
