Secondary Supply Teacher

About the Role: As a Supply Teacher, you\’ll step into classrooms across various subjects (depending on your experience and preferences), delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining high standards of behaviour, and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of regular teaching staff. What We’re Looking For: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent * Experience teaching at secondary level (KS3–KS4 essential; KS5 desirable) * Strong classroom management and communication skills * Flexibility, professionalism, and a proactive approach * The ability to build rapport quickly with students and staff
