The role will involve advising trustees and employers on all aspects of defined benefit and contribution pension schemes. You will also deal with pensions de-risking transactions and work on litigation, enabling clients to be fully briefed on any potentially contentious issues. You will be involved in a wide range of quality advisory and disputes work. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and have relevant experience from a recognised pensions law team as well as being able to demonstrate an enthusiasm and interest for the pensions market.
