Capital Project Manager

We’re looking for a Capital Project Manager to support a vital transformation programme within a local authority in Surrey – initial 6-month contract, £500/day Inside IR35.

This role is hybrid with on-site expectations (approx. 2-3 days weekly). You’ll work on children’s homes capital schemes and projects supporting care leavers, ensuring critical governance and programme delivery milestones are hit.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Setting up core delivery systems and governance

• Managing budgets, dependencies, and project risks

• Driving impactful change across Children, Families & Lifelong Learning (CFLL)

The ideal candidate will be delivery-focused with a strong public sector background.
