Events Meeting Manager is responsible for soliciting and managing catering business, including meetings, social events, weddings, and other group functions, with focus on maximizing revenue and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. Responsible for creating memorable experiences!

Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients in Westminster, CO, US to identify event needs, such as guest count and venue size, and address client requests to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Collaborate with the Chef to plan menus and create special dishes tailored to the dietary restrictions or preferences of clients.
  • Manage budgets effectively and negotiate contracts with clients to deliver high-quality catering services.
  • Solicit new catering business through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building within the community and surrounding markets.
  • Capture Weddings, Quinceaneras and Social Events.
  • Keep up with trends and maintain our social media platforms.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and event coordination.
  • Attention to detail and a strong emphasis on customer service are essential qualities.
  • The ability to be flexible and adapt to evolving event requirements and timelines is crucial.

Compensation

$52,000 - $60,000 yearly + quarterly bonus
