Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Temporary Installations: Solar Powered CCTV towers, Wasps (perimeter intrusion detection), RSI Videofied Systems, Wireless fire systems including WES and Howler Systems, Full hard-wired CCTV Systems with Portable towers (Bastions), Lewis Trailers, Time lapse Cameras, Turnstiles with Biometric Access.
- Permanents Installations: Full CCTV systems (record only and fully monitored), Intruder alarm systems (bells only and fully monitored), Access systems, Turnstiles, Biometric readers.
You will manage a customer base within your service area, maintaining professionalism and building relationships with customer representatives. Flexibility may be required to work outside your usual area. You will assist in maintaining SLA compliance, working efficiently to meet customer expectations.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Experience with CCTV, Intruder, Access Control, and Fire systems is essential. Training will be provided on relevant systems and safe working practices.
Ideal Candidate:
- Capable of maintenance and fault finding on all system types.
- Pass security screening (BS7858:2009, DBS, Police checks).
- Knowledge of manufacturers such as Honeywell, Menvier, Texecom, Paxton, Hikvision, Galaxy, etc.
- Available for 24-hour call-out rota.
