Are you looking for a part time Administrator opportunity? We have a unique opportunity available for a part time Workshop Administrator to join our friendly Repairs team. Located in our Meadowhall Design Service Centre, you'll support our workshop performance in dealing with all administrative duties regarding the handling and progression of repairs. Additionally, you'll provide excellent customer service to stores via the handling of queries in a friendly, professional and expedient manner and in line with current procedures.

Typical Duties

  • To liaise with Jewellers regarding allocation and completion of repairs.
  • To determine and respond appropriately to store needs using skilful questioning and call handling for both internal and external customers.
  • Use of RMS system to access and update information and complete tasks in response to customer needs.
  • Teamwork with colleagues and management towards resolution of issues and continuous improvement of service.
  • Adherence to internal repairs procedures coupled with correct procedural instruction to stores.
  • Effectively communicate and liaise with internal and external suppliers.
  • Adherence to cost control and invoicing procedures to ensure margins are maintained.

About You

  • Experience working in a customer service or repairs workshop environment desirable.
  • Computer literate.
  • Product Knowledge of Jewellery would be desirable.
  • An ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and proactive time management.
  • Be able to work on own initiative.
