We're excited to recruit for this role at Golding and appoint a Property Services Case Manager on a permanent basis.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the Property Services Manager and be the operational lead to manage and oversee all Damp and Mould case management, ensuring swift progression and cases are responded to within the Awaab law timescales.
  • Support the wider Property Service functions and have an overview of Section 11 Disrepair claims, major works and insurance related case work.
  • Directly line manage a team of Damp and Mould Surveyors, two Property Services Coordinators and a customer Liaison coordinator.
  • Provide technical solutions and support on complex cases for customers and internal departments.
  • Ensure the Property Services team deliver an effective, responsive, value for money service that is compliant with best practice, regulatory and statutory requirements and effective budget management.

More about you. What can you bring?

  • Demonstrable experience of effectively managing and leading a team.
  • Experience in the management of major repairs, Damp and Mould case management and knowledge of Section 11 Disrepair case management, including health & safety legislation preferably within social housing.
  • Previous experience writing high quality documentation and reports.
  • An understanding of housing and property customer service, as well as commercial awareness and experience of robust contract management.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive work ethic, and ability to effectively manage workload and time.
  • Previous experience working directly with customers and external stakeholders required.
  • Driving licence and use of own car required.

When and where you'll be doing it

You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of £53,900 per annum dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience. Our Hub, Home, Roam approach allows you to work from wherever suits you best whilst also having a central workspace to collaborate and come together. Our head office is in central Maidstone and is a new, modern and bright space which inspires creativity and innovation.
