The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Our partner is a leading technology consultancy delivering successful and innovative business change to its clients. They are an IFS Gold Channel Partner and a certified IFS Reseller. As an IFS Support Consultant, you will provide assistance and support to IFS users within the contracted service level agreements.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and effective support to clients using IFS solutions and software products, addressing issues or concerns that arise, including pre/post implementations, upgrades, and business as usual.
  • Monitoring and responding to incoming issues on the Service Desk, managing faults logged through to resolution.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and advising on best practices for utilizing the IFS system.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving system issues, collaborating with technical and functional teams.
  • Documenting and tracking client inquiries and support activities.

Requirements:

  • Technical proficiency in IFS systems, including functionalities, modules, and configuration.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience supporting IFS systems.
  • Experience interacting with clients and understanding their business processes.
