We are a dynamic and growing company that offers IT and EPOS solutions for small to medium sized businesses. You will play a key role in driving client revenue whilst managing a number of IT/EPOS accounts across the West Midlands. You will be responsible for nurturing and expanding our client base by developing a strong grasp of existing and new clients’ technological needs and driving subsequent opportunities through to close.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Regular account reviews, reviewing company performance across our support ticketing system.
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of our product and service offerings, keeping up to date with industry news and trends.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities, owning the sales cycle from generation to close.
- Researching and identifying new customer opportunities.
- Attending trade shows and networking events to generate new business and to broaden and deepen your network of contacts.
- Keeping company quotes/estimates lists up to date with changes daily to any live opportunities.
- Developing sales strategies with our directors to exceed targets.
About you:
Naturally, you will be results driven and be keen to deliver solutions that the client needs and gets value from. You must have a good track record of dealing with multiple solution sales. Our product portfolio is extremely diverse, so cross selling with trusted clients and the ability to relate to a customer's technology headache must come naturally to you. You must be adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
