Title: Account Manager Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 per annum Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm Location: Whetstone, Leicestershire Our client, is offering an exciting opportunity to join their dynamic team as an Account Manager. Being the first point of contact for all customers, you will play an instrumental role in building excellent client relationships, providing product knowledge and ensuring an excellent level of service is delivered to every customer! The Account Manager Role: * Ensure confident and knowledgeable of all the company’s product range and services * Answer incoming calls, emails and messages through various media platforms to ensure customer satisfaction * Process orders, ensuring to listen and understand the clients requirements. Recording their requests accurately, to ensure specifications are correct, in preparation for Production * Build excellent relationships with clients to ensure repeat business * Be aware of market trends, competitors and support with ideas for NPI’s * Identify opportunities for up-selling or maximising sales where possible * Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent customer service is delivered and SLA’s are met * Provide solutions to enquiries and complaints by using own initiative to resolve * Support business with other duties as required You’ll Need: * A proactive individual who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and professional * Previous experience of operating within an Account Management or Client Engagement role * Commercially astute with good business acumen * Able to build rapport with ease and create excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues * Experience of project management, overseeing the entire life cycle would be highly advantageous * Problem solving skills with the ability to use own initiative to provide solutions * Adaptable and able to multitask and prioritise * Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM software * Driving Licence is required as there may be some travel occasionally to customer sites or networking events * Experience of working in a manufacturing setting is desirable, however not essential What’s in it for you: * End of year performance bonus * Laptop and mobile provided * Private health care * 28 Days annual leave * Company pension * Permanent role that is immediately available * Company benefits VH Talent, your Permanent and FTC Recruitment Partner
