Coordinate logistics with suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams. Manage stock, materials, and key event-related resources. Provide hands-on support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly. Bespoke Challenges : Handle participant registrations and inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service. Coordinate travel, accommodation, and bespoke event packs for participants. Support participants from start to finish, making their experience seamless and enjoyable. Assist with event-day logistics, both in the UK and overseas.
