We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our well established team of Matrons within the Division of Surgery, Women’s and Children’s Services . You will support the Critical Care portfolio, consisting of a 12-bedded ICU/HDU area and the Critical Care Outreach Team in the delivery of excellent, compassionate care whilst maintaining high professional standards.

We are looking for leaders who are not only ambitious, creative and focused, but individuals with sound clinical expertise and a passion for providing outstanding care every time for our patients & outstanding support for our staff.
You will work in collaboration with the speciality triumvirate to provide assurance of quality and safety for our patients and the theatre environment and lead the team to deliver improvements and innovations in practice.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse, and have a post-registration Critical Care qualification and experience in an acute hospital setting.
