Service Care Solutions is working alongside a growing local authority, based in Berkshire, which needs a Senior Housing Lawyer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a complex caseload whilst making a lasting impact on the community. Contract length: 3 months ongoing Responsibilities of the Senior Housing Lawyer role: Handle a caseload of housing law matters from start to completion. Providing expert advice and guidance to the Council\’s Housing Service on all aspects of Housing and Homelessness law. Be responsible for conducting cases in various courts, including the County Court, Magistrates Court, and High Court. Benefits included with the Senior Housing Lawyer Position:Weekly pay – the rate offered will depend on experience and interview performance. Hybrid working. Flexible hours. We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
