IT & Digital Excellence Business Partner (d/f/m) PLD

As a key contributor to the Consumer Goods EMEA Business Unit, the Private Label Division aims to be the leading experts in Private Label for Consumer Tissue in Europe. To support this, our PLD IT & Digital Excellence Team seeks an IT & Digital Excellence Business Partner to start as soon as possible.

Your role

• Understand the business needs of PLD and develop digital plans and solutions in collaboration with stakeholders across factories and functions.
• Support the value chain teams with data & analytics to enhance decision-making and processes, including sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain a holistic view of the PLD IT landscape to optimize and support the total value chain, avoiding gaps and ensuring value maximization.
• Contribute to the IT & Digital Excellence project portfolio performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and organizational efficiency projects.
• Assist in developing the PLD IT & Digital Excellence strategy & roadmaps.

You identify with

• A university degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• A strong focus on business outcomes, with confidence to negotiate with senior management and stakeholders to create value.
• Understanding of SAP ECC and S/4 Hana applications and processes.
• Experience with IT applications across the value chain, including ERP, supply chain applications, data modeling, and analytics tools like SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform or similar is a plus.
• Ability to work with and integrate data from multiple sources into actionable insights.
• Fluent in English.
• Located in one of our PLD countries: DE, FR, IT, BE, UK, AT, NL.
