As a key strategic contributor to the Consumer Goods EMEA Business Unit, our Private Label Division (PLD) aims to be THE Winning Experts in Private Label for Consumer Tissue in Europe. To support this, our PLD IT & Digital Excellence Team seeks an IT & Digital Excellence Business Partner to join us as soon as possible. Your role Understand the business needs of PLD and collaborate with stakeholders across factories and functions to develop digital plans and solutions. Support the value chain teams in leveraging data & analytics for decision-making, including sustainability insights. Maintain a holistic view of the PLD IT landscape to optimize the value chain and prevent gaps. Contribute to the IT & Digital Excellence project portfolio performance. Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and organizational efficiency. Assist in shaping the PLD IT & Digital Excellence strategy and roadmaps. Have a strong focus on business outcomes and confidence in negotiating with senior management and stakeholders. Understand SAP ECC and S/4 Hana applications and processes. Have experience with IT applications across the value chain, including ERP, supply chain applications, data modeling, and analytics tools like SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform is a plus. Experience in integrating data from multiple sources to generate business insights. Fluent in English.
