Additionally, they should be capable of understanding and translating business needs effectively. *Salesforce.com platform and understanding of other platforms ( project work associated with Salesforce.com) Data and Analytics Driven – using data to understand and solve problems, and deliver business outcomes Understanding business needs Technology Product Road Mapping (building, shaping, inspiring, and delivering the road map) Technologist – how to use technology to solve problems Lead the delivery of technology solutions (business & teams) Quarterly business reviews Responsibilities Product Vision and Roadmap : Develop and drive the overall product strategy, vision, and roadmap. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with business stakeholders to define and track key product performance indicators (KPIs) and release-specific success metrics. Technical Guidance : Provide hands-on technical and functional input for the design, maintenance, build, integration, and testing of complex software components. Agile Methodologies : Lead the Scrum team to ensure capabilities are in-scope, on time, and of high quality. User-Centered Design : Implement user-centered design methodologies to achieve high user value and satisfaction. Backlog Management : Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the highest value features are delivered first Problem solver, relationship builder, handles ambiguity well, able to shape and develop product plans, an influencer, and a business and technical partner.
